Paper Submission

Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions in the Manuscript Formatting and Templates page of IEEE. Document templates are located at this link.​
Regular papers should be no longer than eight (8) pages; concise and industry papers should be no longer than four (4) pages; posters should be no longer than two (2) pages.
​
All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.

Full paper acceptance in ICSC was very competitive with a rate of around 20 %.

Technical Paper Submission Instructions
Only electronic submission will be accepted. Technical paper authors MUST submit their manuscripts through EasyChair. Please follow this link, please register if not an EasyChair user). Manuscripts may only be submitted in PDF format.

A copyright form needs to be submitted upon acceptance of the paper and is not required at this stage.

Camera-ready Submission Instructions
Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (link). ​Instructions for submitting camera readys will be included in the acceptance letter.
Registration and Publication Policy:​

Every paper accepted for ICSC and workshops MUST have attached to it at least one registration at the full member/nonmember rate. Thus, for a paper for which all authors are students, one student author will be required to register at the full registration rate.

In the case of multiple acceptances, each extra paper can be registered with a discount of USD$100.

A full or short paper registration is entitled for a free poster registration.

Every registered paper will be included in the conference proceedings and MUST be presented (in person or virtually) during the conference.

Failure to register will result in removal of your paper from the conference proceedings and the IEEE eXplore library.

Failure to present a paper at the conference without a substitute (no show) will result in removal of your paper from the IEEE eXplore library.

The page numbers for regular, short, industry, workshop, and position papers are limited to 8, 4, 4, 8, and 2 pages, respectively, including all figures, tables, and references.

Regular, short, and workshop papers are allowed up to 2 extra pages with $100 per extra page. No extra page is allowed for posters, demo papers, or extended abstracts.
Poster Abstract Submissions
Authors are invited to submit an abstract for the in-person poster session. Please note, there is no virtual option for the poster session.
All Poster Abstract submissions will be carefully reviewed by the Program Co-chairs Committee for quality and content that aligns with the conference. Poster Abstracts can only be updated by the authors prior to the submission deadline. Authors of accepted Poster Abstracts will need to submit a Camera-ready version.

Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere. Poster Abstract Submission Instructions
Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Authors MUST submit their Poster Abstracts through EasyChair. Please follow this link and choose the poster track.

Your abstract must encapsulate all of the work presented in the final poster that you plan to present at the conference.

Abstracts must be written in English as one paragraph and less than 2000 characters long. It must not include symbols, special characters, abbreviations, footnotes, references, mathematical equations, or tabular material.

Please use the letter-size conference template for conference proceedings found on the IEEE Article Templates website. Your submitted PDF should only contain the title, author information, abstract, and keywords sections. Please delete the rest of the contents on the template.

Do not submit the full poster.​ Authors of accepted Poster Abstracts must bring their posters to the conference. Please see the Conference Poster Instructions for more information.
